10 Fun Ways to Use Your Dinosaurs

  1. Frozen Dino Eggs: Freeze small plastic dinosaurs inside water balloons filled with water. Once frozen, peel off the balloon and let your kids use squirt bottles of warm salt water to “excavate” the dinosaurs from their icy shells.
  2. Dino Feet Walkers: Tape two empty tissue boxes to your child’s feet. Decorate them with paper claws and scales so they can stomp around the house leaving giant prehistoric footprints behind.
  3. Fossil Dough Prints: Mix up a batch of salt dough. Have your little paleontologists press their plastic dinosaurs deep into the dough to create realistic fossil imprints, then let them air dry for a permanent museum display.
